I want to thank those who came to my rescue on Thursday 7/22 when I injured my ankle on a ride.

Rich Mardosa who got me to an Urgent Care, Christine Tanney the ride leader who made a good call (told me to quit the ride. Glad she did I was losing blood) John DeRicco who drove me to the hospital and very generously took my bike home and brought it to me a few days later. Thank you for your help when I needed it most. 

BTW check your equipment and bike components. If I had checked my cleats (very worn and virtually useless) I could have avoided a severe laceration that took 5 stitches to close.
