    Commuting to Work - tips and ideas?

    I am considering commuting to work. I live in Port Jeff and work in Riverhead. Since I can't shower at work I will probably need to take a bus to work and bike home.

    Does anyone have any tips for commuting to work on Long Island and maybe some route suggestions for me?

    Any advice would be appreciated.
