    Looking to do a social Sunday Kreb ride Sunday. Had to step it back a little for a few weeks after a few issues at TOH. Got the OK to ride from cardiologist. Meet at Bellport Kreb and do normal Kreb Ride. Again, this is going to be a ride that WILL NOT come in 21 or 22 mph.
