    An afternoon ride - Strong neck, westmeadow, cranes neck and the lighthouse.  

    Posted as C+/B- because sof the hills and twists and turns but we will be riding at a B- effort.  

    Bathroom and snack stop at the beach - bring your own snacks and drinks.
