    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Beginner hill training!  Strongs neck, Old field lighthouse, Cranes neck and the beach.

    A C+/B- because of the upward bits, but a B- along the flatter sections.  

    Rollers, wonderful water views, wait ups on the upward bits.   We will take a break at the lighthouse, bring your own snack.
