    Early in the mornin' I'm-a giving you a warning to get on those cycling shoes. We're gonna roll out to Riverhead - pacelining along the way.

    We'll start out with a few rollers to warm up those legs and get the temperature up. Then it's pacelining along Grumman Boulevard and Route 24. A quick stop at the McDonald's, then it's  back to pacelining along Route 24 to Grumman Boulevard and that rise. Then it's a little regroup on Line Road, before the final push home.
