I’m going to take a trip to Lake Ronkonkoma this morning. The route is similar to some others except a different loop has been added. The ride starts at the Holbrook Country Club. Around mile 16 we'll stop at Mickey D’s or a deli; most likely the deli, good specials.

The average pace for the ride will be between 14.0 and 14.5 mph. The road speed will be slightly higher to produce the average. The route will take us past Lake Ronkonkoma on the East side. If you want to take a quick dip; I’ll wait.
