This ride has been going on for many years thanks to John Young and Percy. Below is the gps file with all the turns.
Monday B is now Tuesday B to Manorville. It's the beginning of a new season and I am going to try something a little different in terms of the ride's speed. At the beginning of the ride, based on wind speed, I'll state the maximum speed of the ride. If there is little wind, probably a faster B average dipping into low B/B+. If wind is an issue, the pace will be slower. No matter the wind speed, slower up the hills but full speed going down. This is the speed I will ride at depite what others may do.
Stop at Dunkin Donuts. Shared pulls appreciated but not necessary.
Text me if you can, I'll sign you in. 631 804-0751.
We will go to Patchogue today. The road speed will be 15.5/17.0 Pulling is always appreciated but not required. We can go to Mc Donalds around the 20 mile mark. This route is is a little rolly on Woodside. Then going back we have a small hill, real small. Not to worry you can all do it, no biggie.
The average pace for the ride will be between 14.9 to 15.0 mph +/- depending on the roads, wind direction, rider ability, tailwinds, downhills, break-a-ways and other conditions. All of these conditions could change the final average one way or the other. Naturally, the road speed will be higher (15 -17 mph.) to produce the average.
Any cancellation due to weather, or any other circumstance will be posted no later than 0715 if necessary. If you have question about the ride just text me at 631.484.3490. Eventually my phone and I will meet in a reasonable amount of time...

We'll hit Woodside Avenue in both directions, so that gives you an idea of the route. (Just keep an ear open for directions from the ride leader, there will be a few new tricks on this route).
NO HIJACKING THE PACE ON THIS RIDE, PLAY NICE!
Time waits for no one, no favors has he...so don't miss this opportunity to ride with the Thunderbirds. https://youtu.be/YsH2In5r2sM
