NOTE:
Under the Ride Level details, the "Type: Road Bike" refers to the ride will be on paved roads (rather then off road trails). Although a Road Bike is suggested for Road Bike Type rides it is not required. Hybrid and mountain bikes can be used on these rides as well provided you are comfortable with the pace outline in the Posted Ride. This ride calendar is for club rides, club meetings, club event posts and shop rides only.

Join me for this C+ ride, which will average 11.9 - 12.6; no one gets dropped and we will be observing spacing rules, etc. Ride route will be determined by the road conditions; decision to be made the morning of the ride; no cue sheets. We will either head to Blue Point or to the Smith point Marina for our break; there will be a bathroom stop.

The number of riders is limited, so if you want to ride you must text me (631-523-2129) with your SBRA Member Number and Emergency Contact phone number. I will respond to your text and let you know if you have a spot on the ride. Once the ride is filled, I will change to post to indicate that.

3 times a charm. First time there were mechanicals issues, and the 2nd time there were tidal floods, I'm going for #3. Expect this ride to end up in the low 17mph range. We will take a short break at the beach to view the ocean and then a coffee break location to be determined.
