    Doing anything this morning? If not, let’s take a ride to Middle Island we will peddle for an average pace somewhere between 13.5 & 14.0. There will be a bagel/bathroom stop about half way. No one will be dropped. My cell number is 631.484.3490; call any time if you have questions. Please check the ride calendar for any weather, or last minute cancellations which will be posted no later than 7:30AM, if necessary.
