    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Riding the hills of Three Village and Smithtown this morning.
    Will have designated waitups after particularly hilly sections
    of the ride. Bring snacks as there is only one brief water/bathroom
    break. Ride will be shorten if heat becomes too oppressive. No
    go rain 631 626 3900. Plz park in north section of the gym lot
    by the tall black tennis fence.
