    Hope this doesn't mess up plans -- I'm taking a break before the century.

    Flats will average 13 to 14, but hills will be at whatever pace works for you. This is Hills 101 as we wait up on all climbs as needed. Get in your hill practice from the start of the season. No bathroom stop, but there is a short rest stop at the lighthouse in Old Field. Any cancellation will be posted no later than 9AM. My cell day of ride only please 631-835-1454.
