    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    We will be leaving the park and head East along the North Fork.  Please bring snacks & drinks for this ride for short breaks before and after our food stop around mile 50.

    The ride will be at a (-B pace) with an average speed of around 14.5 to 15 mph and road speeds that will reach 16 to 19 mph. 

    Please Note: Our road speed/average will depend on rider ability and wind conditions.
