    Easy B- to Hampton Bay. Mostly flat but one hill going over the golf course at Hampton Hills and a few smaller hills coming on to the north side of HB. Food break at Geen Door in HB and then return via Dune Road. Another stop at the bakery in case we run out of carbs. My cell 646-643-6856 Any changes posted by 7:30
