    The only change (by Wednesday 4:45pm) is the Start Time is now 8:45 ...

    This is a B/B+ ride that will end up with a B pace. These hills will be a work out so be prepared to suffer a bit on what the glacier did to Long Island. Bring a snack as we'll have bagels at the end of the hills.
