    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Leaving Bank Of America heading to East Islip and into Hecksher Park for a bathroom break and a loop around the park.  Then onto Connetquot bike path and back to Bank of America.  Bring snacks and drinks for this ride.

    This is a B- ride with an average speed of 14 to 15 mph, at time road speeds will reach 16-17mph.   No riders will be left behind.  Check the ride calender for any changes posted by 3:30 pm on Monday.
