    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    If you're in the area, let's meet in Belmont Lake State Park for a trail ride with a meander through the town of Babylon to the docks.  Nice easy ride, no one gets dropped.  Bring some bug spray (just in case), along with the required bike helmet, water, snacks and extra tube.  

    Feel free to call me in case you have questions about the ride.  

    Any changes/cancellations will be done on/before 3:00 the day of the ride.
