Guest Speaker:
One of our members, Judi Cestaro, will be giving a presentation on the Health Related Aspects of Physical Fitness. Judi is the Director of Transfer Services at Farmingdale State College, has a degree as a Fitness Specialist, is a Certified Personal Trainer, runs the wellness program at FSC, and has served as Team Captain for FSC's Marcum Workplace Challenge Team for the past 14 years.    

In addition, this month is “Ice Cream Month” – guess what Tom & Hava will be serving?!
