    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    A ride by the watersides of St. James, Stony Brook and Old Field. Plenty of waterviews. We stay on back roads, most with little traffic. The hills are mostly easy going up but there is quite a lot of up and down. We will stop at West Meadow Beach at mile 9 for a quick rest stop. No one left behind and wait-ups where there are hills.
