    Do the loop at a 11-12.7 pace. Newbies always welcome. Any cancellation by 8:30AM. Put down the remote and get off the couch! Yes, I'm talking to you! You can get pie at Briermere's, see the Buffalos with the holes and get a bagel at our bagel stop. What more could you ask for? Better yet, don't ask for anything because you're not getting it.
    You ask, what are the Buffalo with the holes - They're the ones where they get the burgers from.
