    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Ride the rolling hills from Commack including the "Candyland" section of Commack to Stony Brook from SE Corner of Vanderbilt Parkway and Commack Rd. Mostly flat return after getting out of Stony Brook/Head of the Harbor. Parking between McDonalds and Bagel Shop. 45 miles includes North Shore Town of Smithtown Beaches. Food stop at Fratellis in Stony Brook.
