    ***Update – 12/08/2014 – With the wind at 20 and the ride temp at 32 to me it’s just too cold so I’m CANCELLING the ride. ***

    We will take a trip to the lounge instead.The average pace for the ride will be between 14.8 to 15.0 mph give or take depending on the wind direction. The road speed will be between 15 and 17 mph, stopping around mile 17 for our morning coffee at the Ronkonkoma Lounge. As usual there will be a spot or two where one can stretch the legs if desired.
