    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Come out for a big change of pace. We will ride at a B- level up into Poquot, Strongs Neck, Old Field and West Meadow. Wait-ups after all the hills. No one will be dropped. Lets try to stay warm with a nice, comfortable ride without pushing it. There is only one possible bathroom break at the Sea Port Deli on 25A in Setauket. I'm not sure if the bathrooms will be open or the portalav will be at West Meadow. Bring a snack to have at West Meadow. I will post any changes by 6:30am. Cell 516-672-1564
