    Today we are going to take a ride through Bellport and Patchogue stopping for a break at Mickey D’s around mile 20. The average pace will be between 14.8 & 15.0 mph, perhaps a tad faster depending on the wind direction and other factors. The road speed will be between 15 & 17 mph. to get to the average. There will be the usual places for leg stretches fore those who wish.
