    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    LIE exit 70, go South appx. 1/2 mile and park in the KK/7-11/McDonalds parking lot, in the area facing McDonalds and 7/11. Enjoy a bagel/bathroom break at mile 8. Speed will average between 13-14mph. Any changes will be posted by 07:45 day of ride. For information contact Bill Gravitz at 631-356-3036.
