Join me for a ride thru Bellport and Patchogue this morning with an average pace between 14.5 and 15.0 mph. naturally, the road speed will be slightly higher to produce the average. The final average will depend on wind direction and other factors. There will be some place to stretch ones legs if desired. This is not a pace line. We can stop at the Bellport docks, Mickey D's or the deli/bakery between mile 14 and 19; you decide where you want to go at the start. Please check the ride calendar for any weather, or last minute cancellations which will be posted no later than 7:30AM if necessary. My cell phone number is 631-484-3490; call anytime if you have questions about this ride, or need directions to the start.
