    START TIME CHANGED TO 9:00 A.M. DEPENDING ON WHAT ROUTE I TAKE, MILEAGE MAY BE 30, NOT 28.
    School is out and this is my first day off for the summer! Join me for a ride up to the Bean and Bagel. This is my Rolling Hills Plus ride so the rollers on Mill will be done at your own pace. Check back here for any change or cancellation (if going to be very hot, time may be moved earlier). Cell phone 516-330-1542.
