    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    We will skip the loop in Heckscher Park this week and instead travel west along Union Blvd into Islip. From there it will be south to Islip Beach for a short rest stop before returning to the ride start. Pace will be on the low end of the B- range. Cancellation for any reason will be posted no later than 3:30PM on Tuesday. If cancelled, the ride may be rescheduled for Wednesday.
