    Today I’m going to Middle Island; care to join me? The average pace for the ride will be between 13.5 and 13.9 mph. The road speed will be slightly higher to produce the average. No one will be dropped. We will be making a bagel/bathroom stop about half way. Please check the ride calendar for any weather, or last minute cancellations which will be posted no later than 8:00 AM if necessary.
