Interval training on Route 51. It is not a steady pace ride. There will be two stops to regroup. Strava numbers not important. It's not a race. It's a workout!
Join Brenda and me for a pleasant ride from the Yaphank Firehouse out to Manorville, where we will take a bathroom/snack break at McDonald's or the bagel shop.
This will be a structured C+/B- ride, with an average pace of 13.2 - 13.9 (ride speed up t 16), with cue sheets, and no one will be dropped.

Today we’ll take Trustees Rd. out and add the hill on Thompson Haypath. Expect a short, steep challenge.
Hills 101. It’s just you and the hill. We do B- on the flats and the hills are individually done at your own pace with meetups at the end. We are up to a low B- overall average. The “plus” is riding up Thompson Haypath. Our rest stop is at the beach, where there is a bathroom. Bring your own snack. Don’t forget your water bottle.
