    Weather doesn't look promising, so check back for cancelations but just in case the weatherman is wrong! This will be a controled steady pace of between 20-23 on the flats with dead wind.  This ride is a Base miles or active recovery you choose; but the effort should be on the light side.  Please respect those that rode hard on Wednesday and keep with the plan. Short stop at the Exxon/ 7-11.
