    We will stop at Werteim for bathrooms (mile 7) also bathrooms at Osprey and Smithpoint beaches.  Main stop will be Smithpoint at mile 19.  

    This will be a gently relaxed ride, looking at the view!   I am having IT band issues so will no be going fast - average a mid B-, unless I feel better!!!
