    This will be a mid B- pace.  We will stop briefly at Wertheim, (mile 7), for a bathroom break before heading to Osprey beach to look at the view.  The main stop will be at Smithpoint beach, (mile 20), before returning to Bellport.  

    Please check back morning of ride for any changes which will be posted by 7:30.
