    Heading north to Nissequogue, Head of the Harbor, Stony Brook, Setauket, and Old Field.

    Three beaches and a lighthouse, deli stop in Stony Brook.

    Quiet back roads, lots of climbing. 

    Moderate B pace, wait-ups as needed on the hills, nobody gets dropped.
