    Posting as a c due to hills and my (un)fitness level.  Today I averaged 12mph round the route.

    We will go round strongs neck, to the lighthouse and west meadow beach.  Scenic ride, lots of stops to look a tht view.   We will wait up at the top of the hills (for me).
