You can download any picture from the Photo Gallery.
Simply view the picture, right click on it, then select
"Save Image As..."
and a window will pop up so you can select where to copy the picture on your computer.
For best quality,
first view the largest size available using the "Size:" option pull down menu above the picture (note some pictures may only have one size).
