NOTE:
Under the Ride Level details, the "Type: Road Bike" refers to the ride will be on paved roads (rather then off road trails). Although a Road Bike is suggested for Road Bike Type rides it is not required. Hybrid and mountain bikes can be used on these rides as well provided you are comfortable with the pace outline in the Posted Ride. This ride calendar is for club rides, club meetings, club event posts and shop rides only.

This is a B+ ride. Let's plan on averaging in the mid  17 mph  range. So we are not tired Zombies and able to fully enjoy the after ride celebration in the picnic area.  Please remember to bring something to share.

Group stays together and wait ups if necessary. Quick water breaks when needed.

ALL RIDERS MUST SIGN UP FOR THIS RIDE by making the $20 contribution. Links are provided on the first page of the website.

Your entire $20 donation goes to The Long Island Cares Food Bank. Founded by Harry Chapin. To help feed families in need so no child goes to bed hungry :(
