    We meet at the Port Jeff trail head and go into Strongs Neck and to West Meadow Beach before heading south through the university and back.  Bathrooms may be open at the beach, if not there is usually a portapotty.  

    Don't forget your mask, water and snack (if you want one), there is a Dunkin Donuts opposite Stony Brook train station where we can stop if you would like.
