Discord - Something to Think About

For those of us still training at home, there is a way to make training a bit more social. Discord would allow a group of people to talk to each other online. And it wouldn’t matter what type of trainer they were on or where they were located. For example someone could be on Zwift, someone else on Peloton and still someone else on some sort of treadmill. With an open audio channel the three could carry on a conversation with each other. My grandson uses Discord to talk to his friends while they play their online games. Both the app and service are free.

It's just something to think about during these trying times.

Discord is a free voice, video and text chat app for teens and adults ages 13 and up. It was created to bring people together through a love of gaming. ... Once there, they can join a chat they've been invited to or they can create private servers and invite their friends to play and discuss games by voice, text or video.
