    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    This is a scenic ride to West Hampton, Manorville and then on to long loops in the Moriches Bay Area. A short rest stop will be provided at MacDonalds in Manorville at about 20 miles and a food break in Moriches at about 35 miles. Average speed around 15.5 mph depending on the wind speeds.
