    Join me for a quick morning ride from Ronkonkoma down to East Islip. We will take a break at the Timber Point Golf Course Marina, where we can look out onto the bay. This is a structured B- ride which will average 13.5, with cue sheets and no one will be left behind. Cell phone day of ride ONLY 631-523-2129.
