    This ride is a GO!

    Is anyone interested in doing a fast B to slow B+ pace of 55 miles? The start will be from East Islip along the south shore. This ride travels along the south shore out to Yaphank and returns along the Service road of the LIE.

    Changed route a bit after riding it today took off about 15 miles and cut out some roads.

    Come ride I promise I will not drop you.

    Note I have it marked as a B but it will be a fast B slow B+ pace

    There are some minor hills on the LIE service road but all in all flat

    No one will be dropped. Please let me know if you are interested in this ride.

    This will be a good ride for those that want to try to move up to the next level.
