The Early Birds ride from Manorville each Sunday morning. Exact time and location is subject to change. Typically, the rides start at 7:30 a.m. from the King Kullen Shopping Center just south of LIE Exit 70.
The group starts out together and usually breaks into an AA group, an A+ group, and an A group. The weekly rides alternate between a North Route and a South Route of approximately 54 miles. Sometimes a group will extend the normal ride to approximately 75 miles. Come feel the excitement of riding in a fast pace line, or just cruising down a remote country road on a Sunday morning.
Note: Helmets are required on all SBRA rides.
