Warmup ride from Manorville to Wading River. Then 5 series of hill sections with wait ups after each section.then a cruise back to Manorville. There is also a extra 15 mile option if you want .
***Update 7:15AM – 07/15/15 – The ride could be shortened to around 20/25 miles since we might get rain around 11/11:30AM. The group, the pace, or the rain Gods will decide during the ride. ***
It’s off to Manorville. The average pace for the ride will be between 14.8 to 15.0 mph +/ depending on the roads, wind direction and other conditions which could put the ride in the lower part of a "B". Naturally, the road speed will be higher (15 -17 mph.) to produce the average. A rest/ food stop at McDonald’s or the bagel shop is on the schedule around mile 12. There are a few places along the route where leg stretches can be done for those who wish.
