This will be a structured ride to HP for interval loops then back to sayville....no official food stop so bring snacks and water, there will be a bathroom break in park.....please note this is not a race, group rides as fast or slow as the last rider.....TY !!!
Easy early moring ride to the Quogue Wildlife Refuge for a anack and bathroom break (bring snack, no deli stop). Since I am posting this late in the week, please text or repond to this post if you plan to come. 516-330-1542.
AKA B**** stole my ride! Group will warm up and ride together to old Grumman facility. Paceline around facility for 4 or 5 laps. Faster riders go ahead and and lap us again. Slower riders don't need to pull or can go at lower speed and we will get you on the next lap. Can stop at any time to rest and catch us on the next lap.Easy way to try a faster pace and those paceline skills Ron taught you without the commitment of a full ride. After laps will regroup and ride back/ cool down together back to King Kullen. There is nowhere to get more water or snacks so bring what you need. Thanks Dennis!
Beautiful day forecasted tomorrow and not many rides posted so why not come out and ride the three village area with me . We'll stick together for this flt, rolling, hilly ride ! No food stop so bring snacks but we'll have a bathroom break. Please park in the north end of the gym parking lot by the tennis fence if possible. If you have ridden with me this year this ride is well within your scope and is a good opportunity to try something different . Cell nbr 631 371 7469
We are going to Wildwood State Park, will stop at Deli before the park to get snacks to eat in the park, speed will depend on the wind and the riders ability, no one left behind.
*** DUE TO A SCEHDULING CONFLICT, I AM POSTPONING THE RIDE TO <<<FRIDAY NIGHT>>> !!!
Leave the Manorville King Kullen for a training ride on the Grumman Loop, where we'll do three or four laps. Group rides together to the Loop for a warmup and back to the start for a cool down. We can always throw in a couple of sprints to make it interesting...
