SBRA Bike Boat Bike Better than NYC 5 Boro !!

While the scenery and the off the wall scale of the 5 Boro makes it special ... we only pedaled for 3 hours and waited in mass queues for 4 +.
Any hill, funnel, big bump causes a delay. 1/2 hour to get into Central Park here / stuck on the Gowanus for who knows what for 3/4, over an hour at the Ferry. At the end of the day, I felt like I'd walked 21 of the 42 miles.

Bottom line: albeit a different kind of scenery .... our Bike/Boat/Bike is a 'WAY better ride.

BBB gives you a choice of routes all offering beautiful views of the East Ends' farms / coves / waterfront / no real pinch points / ferries run every 15 ish minutes and just enough riders to make it exciting without becoming un-manageable ... all for 1/2 the price.

All that's missing is the "schmatah" bib. (not a bad idea though)
Instead, BBB pre-reg's do get a t-shirt that the NY ride would charge you $ 20 for.

We just gotta hope attendance never reaches 32,000 !
