Park in the lot by the water behind Main Street. We'll be riding the back roads of Riverhead, the rolling hills of the "tank loop" and then make our way out to have our break in Mattituck around mile 25. Bring snacks and drinks, also. It is supposed to be somewhat cooler but I still want to start early. Cell phone 516-330-1542.

HI Rich-Yes, we'll meet behind the stores on Main Street-in the parking lot furthest east. I'll have my cell phone on in the morning-call if you are running late. I can't believe you are riding to/from the ride start on top of riding the 35 mile ride. At least the humidity will be low!

Is the start right in the parking lot near Peconic? I am riding there from Smith point Beach and would hate to miss the group.

Please Note-the bathroom in the parking lot is not usually unlocked so plan to stop on your way to use the facilities elsewhere. There is a McDonald's near by and we'll be at Iron Pier Beach around mile 16.
